We hand deliver your precious hamper to Pindara Private Hospital, Gold Coast University and Private Hospital, John Flynn Private Hospital and to Gold Coast homes.

Know the arrival date of baby due to scheduled delivery? Pre-order your gift for guaranteed same day delivery.

Know you want to send a BIRTHday cake celebration but unsure when baby will make their grand entrance? Pre-order and let us know the due date and we will be on call to strive to deliver the same day and if not guaranteed next day delivery.

Baby has already arrived? Contact us to find out our speediest delivery time, where possible we will strive for same day and if not possible will strive to deliver within 48 hours.
Return & Exchange Policy
Damaged or Faulty Items
We are proud to present quality hampers and do everything in our power to ensure that every recipient is happy with their hamper. In the rare event that your hamper or its contents are incorrect or arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us by email on lizzie@lildove.com.au.

We will happily work to replace, exchange or issue a credit or refund depending on the extent of the damage and how you wish to resolve the issue.
​
We will require photos so that we can better understand the extent of the damage or issues with the product.
​
Due to the perishable nature of our cakes we will not be able to replace, exchange or issue a credit or refund for any product that has been dispatched for more than 3 days. So, please if you have any concerns contact us straight away!

Please note that refunds can only be credited back to the original account/card.

Cancellation or Change of Mind

Our hampers are dispatched within 48 hours of the order being confirmed and it is advisable that if an error has been made or you wish to cancel the order that you contact us immediately via email on lizzie@lildove.com.au
​
Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once they have been prepared and are out for delivery.
